WHI is seeking SRE Engineers to improve the automation, reliability, and development productivity of their large-scale HR core system, "COMPANY". This SaaS product is used by approximately 1,200 organizations and is a market leader in Japan. The role involves working with cutting-edge IaC and AIOps to manage a massive-scale environment.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of system/application development experience (any language)
- 2+ years of application construction/operation experience (on-premise or cloud) with infrastructure development experience (e.g., IaC)
- Willingness to challenge cloud technologies if coming from application development
- Willingness to develop development skills if coming from infrastructure operations
Nice-to-haves
- Experience automating infrastructure construction/operation using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.)
- Experience building observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, ELK Stack, etc.)
- Experience developing operational automation (e.g., CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong interest in AIOps (anomaly detection using AI/ML) or experience building large-scale data pipelines
- AWS expertise or certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate level)
