WHI is seeking product development engineers to enhance their HR system "COMPANY", which is used by one in three major Japanese corporations. You will be involved in all phases of SaaS product development, from planning and design to development and operation, with a focus on incorporating new technologies like generative AI to transform the system into next-generation HR SaaS.

Work style
Flextime system (no core hours) with remote work permitted. Office attendance rate is approximately 10-20%.
Other notes
Monthly salary: ¥428,500 - ¥571,334. Annual salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Bonus twice a year. Telework allowance: ¥5,000/month.
