WHI is seeking SRE Engineers to improve the reliability and development productivity of their large-scale HR core system, "COMPANY". This role involves automating operations for a SaaS product used by 1,200 organizations, with a focus on IaC and AIOps.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of system/application development experience (any language)
- 2+ years of application construction/operation experience (on-premise or cloud) with infrastructure development experience (e.g., IaC)
- Must be willing to work onsite at the Nagoya base.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Experience building observability platforms (Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, ELK Stack)
- Experience developing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with large data pipelines or strong interest in AIOps
- AWS expertise or certification (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate level)

Work style
Primarily Remote, with a base in Nagoya. Employees can combine office, remote, and satellite office work based on job content. Telework allowance of 100,000 JPY is provided.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 6,000,000 JPY to 8,000,000 JPY. Bonus paid twice a year (March and September).
