Seeking an Engineering Manager (Head of Development Department) to lead the transition to a multi-product, multi-department structure for the growing 'Kaicra' communication integration management platform. This role involves managing the on-site organization, fostering AI-driven development, and collaborating with business stakeholders to accelerate business growth.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in engineering management for in-house services or equivalent organizational management.
- Experience managing an engineering organization of 10+ members.
- Continuous experience in setting goals, performance evaluation, 1-on-1s, and career development support.
- Experience designing and improving development processes, including agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience in cross-departmental collaboration and coordination with Product Managers and business teams.
- Practical experience in web application/SaaS product development.
- Technical foundation to engage in technical discussions.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience promoting AI-driven development, including integrating generative AI tools and AI agents.
- Experience scaling organizations during division and expansion.

Work style

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥15,000,000. Performance-based bonus. No fixed term employment. 3-month probation period.
