Seeking a Product Manager to join the development team for the AI communication integration platform "Kaikura". You will define requirements, create specifications, and act as a liaison between business and engineering teams, with a future path to lead product strategy.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of experience in web service or application development (engineer, tech lead, etc.)
- Practical experience in requirements definition and specification creation
- Communication skills to explain technical content to non-engineers
- Logical thinking ability to translate business needs into product specifications
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in BtoB SaaS product development and operation
- Experience as PdM, PO, or Tech Lead involved in development direction
- Experience with user interviews and customer negotiations
- Data extraction and analysis skills (e.g., SQL)
- Development experience in Agile/Scrum
