Lead the SRE team to maximize its performance by developing the SRE roadmap and driving team management and technical issue resolution through discussions with management and business layers. You will also be involved in design and implementation.
Must-haves
- Approximately 5 years of practical experience in SRE or infrastructure/platform domains (including cloud like AWS/Google Cloud, IaC, monitoring, CI/CD design/operation).
- Experience operating web applications.
- Experience leading or managing a team of a few people.
- Experience executing projects by reaching consensus with stakeholders, including those outside the team and non-engineers.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience as an Engineering Manager, including performance evaluation and development.
- Experience launching an SRE team or introducing basic SRE concepts (SLI/SLO, error budgets, postmortems, etc.).
- Experience in designing and executing engineer recruitment (job description creation, scouting, interviews, etc.).
- Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience responding to large-scale incidents.
- Knowledge and experience in the security domain.

Salary: Monthly 750,000 JPY - 1,250,000 JPY. Annual salary: 9,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY.
