Must-haves
- 3+ years of client work experience
- Experience designing and building data infrastructure
- Experience building data infrastructure centered on cloud DWH
- Experience with ELT/data modeling
Nice-to-haves
- Data quality standardization (data testing, anomaly detection, SLA, lineage, data contracts/definitions)
- Data provisioning layer/semantics design (mart design, metric definitions, provisioning interfaces)
- Data design experience for LLM/generative AI production use (RAG preparation, log design, access control, evaluation data)
- Data integration/consolidation experience with CDP/CRM/MA (requirements to design)
- Team lead experience (Tech Lead, EM, TL) with review culture, standardization, and training
