As an IT Consultant (Data & AI), you will bridge the gap between business and technology, leading customer transformation initiatives. This role involves pre-sales, project management, and contributing to new service development within a growing data utilization SaaS company.
Must-haves
- 7+ years of practical experience in the IT industry
- Proficiency in cloud technologies
- Ability to proactively learn new technologies and services
- Strong verbal communication skills for discussing architecture design with clients and colleagues
- Experience in system development project management OR IT consulting based on business/user requirements
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with CDP/SFA/MA product proposal/implementation projects
- Experience/knowledge in SCM or HR domains
- Experience in customer-facing pre-sales activities (proposal creation, quotes, technical explanations)
- Experience designing/building systems combining public cloud and on-premise environments
- Experience building data infrastructure or using ETL/DWH products (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake)
- Hands-on experience designing/executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Experience processing data using SQL, Python, etc.
- Experience or knowledge in applying statistics/machine learning
- Experience in new business/product development

Salary: 10,000,000 - 18,000,000 JPY per year. Standard working hours: 8 hours/day. Overtime: approx. 20 hours/month.
