primeNumber is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to build next-generation QA processes for the AI era. You will partner with the development team from the early stages to establish quality standards and drive critical quality improvement initiatives for their cloud ETL service 'TROCCO' and AI data platform 'COMETA'.
Must-haves
- Experience designing and completing autonomous QA processes (web services, SaaS, complex web applications)
- Experience leading test strategy, plan formulation, and completion reporting
- Project promotion and problem-solving skills, including proactively presenting alternative proposals
- Experience formatting successful processes or nurturing successors
- Web technology knowledge (HTTP, servers, databases, CI/CD) for communication with development teams
Nice-to-haves
- QA experience in highly uncertain/agile development environments
- Process improvement experience across multiple products
- Leadership in test automation strategy, implementation, and operation
- Practical experience utilizing AI in quality activities or verifying AI-generated code
- Experience building post-release quality monitoring systems
- Advanced testing theory knowledge (e.g., JSTQB Advanced Level)

Other notes
Annual Salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥10,000,000 (includes 45 hours fixed overtime allowance). Flextime system available (core time 11:00-16:00). Probationary period: 3 months.
