As a Staff Engineer reporting directly to the VPoE, you will optimize existing product architectures and lead technical strategy from a business perspective. This role is crucial for driving business growth through technology, focusing on re-architecture, technical debt resolution, and creating next-generation development infrastructure.
Must-haves
- Extensive experience in requirements definition, architecture design, development, and operation of medium to large-scale web services.
- Experience leading the discovery and resolution of technical challenges spanning multiple teams or products.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Hands-on ability to troubleshoot and prototype complex technical challenges.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as CTO/VPoE/VPoT or Tech Lead in a startup.
- Experience designing common infrastructure and microservices for multi-product environments.
- Experience in large-scale data processing and performance tuning.
- Experience operating commercial environments using Kubernetes (EKS, etc.).

Annual Salary: ¥10,000,000 - ¥15,000,000. Includes fixed overtime allowance (45 hours).
