As a Product SRE Lead for TROCCO/COMETA, you will lead the SRE team to maximize its performance. You will be responsible for formulating the SRE roadmap, building consensus with management and business layers, and driving team management and technical issue resolution. You will also have opportunities to be involved in design and implementation yourself.
Must-haves
- Approximately 5 years of practical experience in SRE or infrastructure/platform domains (including cloud like AWS/Google Cloud, IaC, monitoring, CI/CD design/operation).
- Experience operating web applications.
- Experience leading or managing a small team (position title not required).
- Experience executing projects by building consensus with stakeholders, including those outside the team and non-engineers.
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience in evaluation and development as an Engineering Manager.
- Experience establishing an SRE team or introducing basic SRE concepts (SLI/SLO, error budgets, postmortems, etc.).
- Experience designing and executing engineer recruitment (job description creation, scouting, interviews, etc.).
- Experience developing and operating web applications.
- Experience operating Kubernetes clusters.
- Experience responding to large-scale incidents.
- Knowledge and experience in the security domain.

Salary: ¥9,000,000 - ¥15,000,000 per year. Employment type: Full-time employee. Probationary period: 3 months with no change in conditions.
