SmartBank is a FinTech startup building an all-in-one money app. They are looking for backend engineers to revamp their real-time distributed payment infrastructure due to user growth. You will join the Product Engineering Department, working across domains to deliver the best product experience.
Must-haves
- Experience developing and operating medium to large-scale web applications using RDBMS
- Experience in team development with code reviews
- Ability to understand specifications through documentation and stakeholder communication, and translate them into system and data models
- Experience improving architecture, design, or operational structures based on past successes and failures
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading service-wide or main feature design and technology selection as a backend engineer
- Development experience using public clouds like AWS/GCP
- Experience in joint development with external partners
- Experience in building a business or improving features based on user feedback
