Develop and provide a supply chain risk management (SCRM) SaaS called "Resilire". This role focuses on the "Resilire AI Agent" option, utilizing multi-agents on Google ADK to analyze supply chain risks by processing structured data and external information. You will be involved in the 0 to 1 development of AI products, from prototyping to evaluation, aiming to make non-deterministic agents reliable through design.
Must-haves
- Experience in the entire development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, release, operation)
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating autonomous agent systems using LLM/AI Agents (work, side business, personal development, OSS are all acceptable)
- Experience designing tools/APIs for LLM agents to safely use existing business systems/APIs, or equivalent backend design experience
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multi-agent/sub-agent orchestration, ReAct/Tool Use/MCP design patterns
- Experience controlling/improving non-deterministic agent behavior through prompt/tool design and state management
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks like LLM-as-a-Judge/Golden Set and addressing enterprise AI requirements (hallucination, audit trails, security)
- Experience designing search/inference/relation exploration systems for structured/graph data
- Experience reflecting customer/user feedback into product improvements
- Experience implementing research papers/technical blogs independently
- Experience incorporating AI development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) into practical work

Work style
Full remote possible, but occasional office visits may be discussed for smoother onboarding depending on experience, skills, and desire for early familiarization with new domains. Office location: Tokyo Port City Takehiba, 10F, 1-7-1 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Flextime with core hours (11:00-16:00).

Annual salary: ¥7,000,000 - ¥14,000,000. Probationary period: 6 months. Company provides PC (Mac/Windows) with customizable specs, desired monitors, AI tool accounts, and partial coverage for housekeeping services.
