kickflow is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) to resolve customer issues using engineering skills. The CRE will collaborate with development engineers and customer support/success members to identify and resolve customer challenges with kickflow's enterprise SaaS product.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in web application development (any language)
- Experience using RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Experience analyzing logs
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience as a CRE or in technical support
- Development experience with Ruby on Rails
- Development experience with Vue.js
- Development and operation experience with B2B SaaS

Work style
Fully remote. Participation in offsite events a few times a year is generally required.

Salary: 6,000,000 - 16,000,000 JPY (Annual salary system). Probationary period: 3 months.
