Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in hardware product development (e.g., sensors, measurement equipment)
- 3+ years of experience in development leadership
- Ability to design specifications and drive projects based on technical requirements
- Skills in collaboration and coordination with external vendors and teams
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and write technical documents in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in design and development of microwave sensors or RF equipment
- Experience in technology development in space, defense, ocean, or telecommunications fields
- Experience with environmental testing (thermal, vibration, EMC)
