Must-haves
- Experience developing and operating SPAs using React/TypeScript
- Experience designing, launching, and releasing new applications or significant new features from scratch
- Experience in maintenance, operation, and continuous improvement after release
- Understanding of frontend boundaries, including BFF/API design

- Backend development experience using Go or similar, or willingness to contribute to backend development
