BALLAS is a startup redesigning the real industry supply chain to be AI Native. They are building an "AI Native Industrial OS" to code industrial decision-making. This Tech Lead role will lead technical strategy, architecture, and data model design for multiple products including SCM infrastructure, Vertical SaaS, and AI Agents.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of server-side web application development experience (design to implementation)
- Experience in the full development process (requirements analysis, definition, design, implementation, operation) for new features
- Team development and team organization improvement experience
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience developing and operating a specific service/system
- Experience in 0 to 1 development or startup phase of new products
- Experience with multiple, diverse technology stacks and understanding their appropriate use
- Experience creating business flows and analyzing system requirements
- Familiarity with methods like BPMN, UML, or mind mapping for understanding domain knowledge

Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. First 3-6 months as a contract employee.
