Must-haves
- 5+ years of server-side web application development experience (design to implementation)
- Experience in the full development lifecycle of new features (requirements analysis, definition, design, implementation, operation, maintenance)
- Team development and team organization improvement experience
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience developing and operating a specific service/system
- Experience in 0->1 development or startup phase of new products
- Experience with multiple, diverse technology stacks and understanding their use cases
- Experience analyzing system requirements by creating business flows
- Familiarity with methods like BPMN, UML, or mind mapping for understanding domain knowledge

Annual salary: 6,000,000 JPY - 12,000,000 JPY. Initial 3-6 month contract employee period, renewable.
