BALLAS is a startup redesigning industrial supply chains with AI Native principles. They are seeking a Tech Lead to guide product development, technical strategy, and architecture design for their industrial OS. This role involves leading the design and development of various products, including supply chain platforms, vertical SaaS, and AI agents.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of server-side web application development experience (design to implementation)
- Experience in the full development process: requirements analysis, definition, basic design, detailed design, implementation, and operations/maintenance
- Team development experience and experience improving development teams
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience developing and operating a specific service/system
- Experience in 0->1 development or startup phase of new products
- Experience with multiple, diverse technology stacks and understanding their appropriate use
- Experience creating business flows and analyzing system requirements
- Familiarity with methods like BPMN, UML, or mind mapping for understanding domain knowledge

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥15,000,000. Initial 3-6 month contract employee period.
