Must-haves
- 5+ years of server-side web application development experience (design to implementation)
- Experience in the full development process: requirements analysis, definition, basic and detailed design, implementation, and operations/maintenance
- Team development and team organization improvement experience
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience developing and operating a specific service/system, overseeing its growth
- Experience in 0->1 development or startup phase of new products
- Experience with multiple, diverse technology stacks and understanding their appropriate use
- Experience creating business flows and analyzing system requirements
- Familiarity with methods like BPMN, UML, or mind mapping for understanding domain knowledge

Annual salary: 8,000,000 JPY - 15,000,000 JPY. Initial 3-6 months employment as a contract employee.
