We are seeking a server-side tech lead to join our startup, which develops the remote customer service system "RURA". You will play a key role in strengthening and innovating the real-time communication and server-side infrastructure that directly supports business growth.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in web application development using Git/GitHub
- 5+ years of experience in server-side/API development using Go
- Experience in database design, operation, and query optimization with RDB (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Experience in infrastructure construction and operation using AWS (or equivalent cloud environment)
- Senior to Lead level experience capable of independently leading server-side design and development
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing and developing distributed systems
- Experience developing and operating real-time/bidirectional communication features using WebSocket/WebRTC
- Experience building/operating WebRTC signaling servers or using media servers like SFU/MCU
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience in load balancing and performance tuning for large-scale web services or SaaS products
- Experience developing and operating microservice architectures
- Experience building and operating infrastructure using IaC

Annual salary: 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 JPY. Probationary period: 3 months.
