As the first QA hire, you will lead the quality strategy and foundation for the entire product, going beyond simple testing. You will be expected to drive the growth of the business and product from a quality perspective.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of QA experience in web services or apps
- Experience in test design (identifying aspects, creating test cases)
- Experience collaborating with development teams (engineers, PdM) from spec understanding to quality assurance
- QA experience in Agile or Scrum development
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of software testing experience
- Experience in test execution management or test project progress management
- Experience in defect analysis and quality improvement proposals
