DMM GAMES is seeking a Server-Side Engineer to develop and operate an in-game currency management platform. You will be involved in the development of a next-generation product, focusing on API development, operational feature enhancements, and parallel operation of current and future products. The role involves full-cycle product development and operations, with opportunities to contribute to upstream processes.
Must-haves
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
- Web application development experience
- Basic knowledge of web application security implementation
- Experience with container technologies like Docker
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with Go/PHP
- RESTful API design, development, and operation experience
- GCP development and operation experience (Cloud Run, Spanner, BigQuery, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of OOP (DDD)
- Experience in upstream processes like requirements definition and design
- Experience with large-scale web service design, development, and operation
- Experience with critical and complex systems like payment platforms
- Knowledge of payment processing and relevant laws

Work style
The company's basic policy is to work in the office. Flexible work arrangements can be discussed during the selection process. Locations: Tokyo (Roppongi), Ishikawa (Kanazawa). Flextime system with core hours 11:00-17:00.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥9,000,000. Includes 45 hours of assumed overtime. Probationary period: 6 months for regular employees.
