As an Engineering Manager for this product, you will lead the development of Findy AI+, formulate product development plans, and manage the engineering team. The company location is Tokyo. It is recommended to come to the office at least 3 days a week for the first six months. Discussions are possible for those who prefer full remote work from other regions.
Estimated Annual Salary: 6,000,000 JPY to 12,000,000 JPY (includes fixed overtime allowance and bonuses). Salary determined by discussion based on experience, performance, and contribution. Flextime system with core hours 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Probationary period of 3 months (extendable up to 6 months).
