Salary range: JPY 10,000,000 - 16,000,000 per year (includes fixed overtime allowance and bonuses). Monthly salary example: JPY 769,231 - 1,230,769 (includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance, exceeding hours paid separately). Performance-based bonuses and internal awards are also provided. Probationary period: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months).
