Salary: Monthly 384,615 JPY - 769,231 JPY (Annual 5,000,000 JPY - 10,000,000 JPY). Standard working hours: 8 hours/day with flexible time (core hours 10:00-16:00). Average monthly overtime: 10-20 hours. Probationary period: 3 months (extendable up to 6 months).
