Findy is seeking a Product Engineering Manager (PEM) to lead end-to-end product planning and development for their AI-era development DX platform, Findy Team+. This new role bridges product strategy and engineering execution, focusing on defining what to build and how to deliver it successfully.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager (EM), VPoE, CTO, or Tech Lead, with responsibility for development team management and technical decision-making.
- Experience in people management (hiring, training, evaluation, 1on1s) for development teams.
- Practical software engineering experience with the ability to assess technical feasibility.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (development, business, design).
- Ability to define problems, make decisions, and drive product forward in uncertain situations.
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge and practical experience in development productivity, DevOps, CI/CD, and development process improvement.
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, development productivity, or HR Tech.
- Experience in product strategy and coordination across multiple products.
- Experience planning and developing products utilizing AI or data.

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Shinagawa-ku, Osaki) with remote work possible. Flexible start time between 8:00-10:00 (or 8:00-11:00 in some departments), changeable monthly.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 10,000,000 JPY - 16,000,000 JPY. Probationary period of 3 months (extendable up to 6 months).
