One of these, Findy Team+, is a product designed to visualize the performance of development organizations with data and lead to improvements. Findy Team+ has so far excelled at visualizing the state of an organization. Moving forward, we aim to go beyond this, defining what needs to be changed based on the visualized data in collaboration with our clients, and expanding our support to encompass the full implementation and establishment of improvements. In this position, you will belong to the CTO Office and collaborate with the Team+ business unit to support client development organizations in implementing and establishing improvements beyond mere visualization, addressing their challenges. We expect you to not just provide data, but to work alongside the client's team to achieve results and build successful case studies that can be replicated by other organizations. ▍Challenges and Future Direction Many development organizations do not accurately understand their current state or identify bottlenecks within their teams. Even when data is gathered, they often face obstacles in translating that data into actionable steps and implementing those steps in their daily operations. We believe that improving the performance of development organizations will lead to business growth and allow engineers to rediscover the joy of development. By not only visualizing but also thoroughly implementing improvements to development processes and addressing challenges through dialogue with clients, we aim to standardize how these results are achieved and disseminate them to a wider range of organizations. ▍Specific Responsibilities You will play a role in advancing engineering from both technical and organizational perspectives across multiple business units. Depending on the business phase, you will lead the organization of technical challenges, strengthening of development systems, and maximization of product value. - Conduct current state assessments (identify and prioritize issues) for client development organizations that have introduced Findy Team+. - Design improvement measures based on data and support their implementation and establishment alongside the client's team (primarily hands-on support). - Drive improvements in the development process itself, including the introduction and utilization of AI tools, in collaboration with clients. - Systematize insights gained through support into successful patterns and methodologies that can be utilized by other organizations and facilitate their cross-application. - Collaborate with the CS and Product teams of Team+ to feed back insights from the field into product improvements. - As a cross-functional member of the CTO Office, accumulate knowledge regarding organizational support for Findy as a whole, not limited to Team+, and disseminate this knowledge internally and externally. ▍Culture ◎ Engineer-Driven Development Engineers prioritize and drive product development.
