Must-haves
- Experience formulating and promoting medium-term test strategies and quality policies across products/organizations.
- Experience designing test perspectives and quality standards based on testing techniques and risk analysis.
- Experience designing, implementing, and operating E2E test automation (e.g., Playwright, Selenium).
- Experience integrating and operating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- 5+ years of practical experience in QA or web development.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of LLM/agent composition and quality evaluation.
- Experience enhancing test design, automation, and defect analysis using AI.
- Experience establishing and leading a QA team.
- Experience formulating and operating automation strategies with consideration for the test pyramid.
