Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or equivalent
- Experience in model development using Deep Learning (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Software development experience using Python, C++
- Ability to drive tasks from research to deployment in uncertain environments
- Japanese communication skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent)
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience in autonomous driving systems or mobile robot navigation
- Experience with Imitation Learning, Reinforcement Learning, or Trajectory Prediction
- Knowledge/experience in NLP/LLMs (Transformer architecture, multimodal learning)
- Development/fine-tuning experience with Vision-Language Models (CLIP, LLaVA, GPT-4V)
- Optimization experience for edge devices (quantization, TensorRT)
- Publication record at top conferences or high rankings in competitions

Annual salary range: ¥8,000,000 - ¥30,000,000. Includes a 3-month probationary period.
