Seeking Consultants, PMs, PMOs, and PLs for AI/DX strategy formulation and execution projects. You will support client companies in their DX journey, including new business planning and operational reforms, and lead AI/DX solution implementation.
Must-haves
- Consulting experience at a consulting firm (preferably IT/DX)
- Enterprise business systems experience at an SIer or similar (consulting, SE, PM, development)
- Basic consulting skills (logical thinking, hypothesis-driven, data analysis, documentation, presentation, project management)
- Basic understanding of AI and business systems
- Must work onsite at Link Square Shinjuku, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo (Hybrid Work with one day/week in office)
Nice-to-haves
- Basic knowledge of AI models (ability to discuss AI characteristics)
- Basic knowledge of cloud platform development (ability to discuss configurations and security)
- Client requirement gathering and consolidation skills
- Document creation skills (meetings, RFPs, internal approvals)
- Desire to research AI technologies and applications
