Racoon Holdings is seeking an SRE/Infrastructure Engineer to join their Technology Strategy Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the reliability, availability, performance, and security of the company's proprietary services, contributing to service growth. You will be involved in all stages of service development and operation, with opportunities to take on development and project management tasks.
Hybrid work: Primarily in-office for the first 6 months, then 3 days in-office per week with remote work possible. Flextime system with core hours 10:00-15:00. Location: Racoon Holdings, Inc. Headquarters (Tokyo).
Estimated Annual Salary: 6,000,000 - 9,000,000 JPY. Probationary period: 3 months. Selection process is basically conducted remotely.
