Advantage Risk Management is seeking a Tech Lead to drive the development of their DX platform for employee well-being. You will lead a team of 3-5 engineers, focusing on designing, developing, and implementing main features, as well as infrastructure setup.
Must-haves
- Experience developing web applications using statically-typed languages
- Experience with RDBMS like MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Experience or willingness to lead system architecture design and technology selection
- Experience or willingness to lead team building and member development as a Tech Lead

- Experience developing AI-powered products/features or interest in applying AI
- Experience designing and operating infrastructure on AWS or GCP
- Experience coordinating and negotiating with management, IT staff, and other departments
