Bring Out is seeking an AI Product Manager to transform their products into AI-native systems where AI evolves autonomously. You will design and operate workflows that leverage LLMs to integrate customer feedback, usage data, and other inputs to identify product improvements and define requirements for development teams.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS (0→1 or 1→10 phase)
- Experience translating customer feedback and product metrics into strategy, roadmaps, and requirements
- Experience leading consensus building across multiple functions
- Practical experience integrating LLMs into business processes (prompt design, evaluation loops, or guardrails)
- Technical literacy to discuss with engineers on equal footing (APIs, data models, system design)
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into operational mechanisms
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in designing Product Ops, BizOps, RevOps, or CS Ops
- Experience building/improving systems for customer feedback, backlog, or roadmap operations
- Experience designing product development workflows with tools like Linear, Jira, GitHub, Productboard, Notion, Slack
- Experience designing or implementing business automation using LLMs, agent workflows, or RAG systems
- Experience designing multi-agent workflows
- Self-sufficient data analysis experience using SQL and BI tools
- Production operation experience with AI/ML products
- Experience in DX/AX consulting or leading business transformation projects

Work style
