We are seeking QA Engineers to innovate quality assurance with cutting-edge technology, contributing to business growth by balancing security and convenience. You will be responsible for product quality assurance, process optimization, and leveraging data/AI for advanced quality activities.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Development Engineer, or in a Project Management related role.
- Basic knowledge or practical experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- For QA Engineer track: Practical experience with test automation using coding (not just no-code tools), OR testing and code review experience as a Development Engineer.
- For Quality PMO track: Experience in quality management throughout the SDLC, designing/improving quality processes, and driving cross-organizational projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in SaaS/Web application development or quality assurance in an Agile environment.
- Experience building/operating CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience designing/executing security or performance tests.
- PMO experience, practical experience with process improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma), or relevant quality certifications (QMS, ISO).
- Experience selecting, implementing, and operating quality management systems/tools.

Work style
Hybrid/Onsite in Tokyo, Osaka, or Fukuoka. Flextime with core hours 10:00-16:00.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 8,060,000 JPY - 12,560,000 JPY. Includes base salary and overtime allowance for 30 hours/month. Bonus twice a year. No change in conditions during the 6-month trial period.
