Seeking an Android Engineer to join the mobile app development team for large-scale user applications like Sansan, Eight, or Bill One. You will be involved in the entire development lifecycle from requirement definition to implementation and operation, focusing on enhancing product value.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in native Android/iOS app development/operation or Flutter app development/operation
- Experience with mobile app architecture design and library selection
- Knowledge of standard iOS/Android libraries and frameworks
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing/operating native iOS/Android apps with a large user base
- Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform
- Experience with UI design/implementation on iOS/Android (Storyboard/Auto Layout)
- Experience with reactive programming
- Experience with CI environments and code reviews
- Experience with Agile development (Scrum)
- Experience leading development projects, including new product development
- Team leader or management experience
- Experience developing with Generative AI / AI Agents
- Full-stack development experience, including backend

Work style
Onsite in Fukuoka, Tokyo, Osaka, or Nagoya. Flexible working hours with core time 10:00-16:00.
Other notes
Salary range: 7,420,000 JPY - 18,480,000 JPY per year. Includes 30 hours of overtime allowance per month.
