Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in web application development and operation
- Experience in server-side/backend development
- Experience developing with statically-typed languages (e.g., Java, Kotlin, C#, Go, TypeScript)
- Experience developing applications using cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Experience in small to medium-sized team development or development lead experience
- Experience in team development using GitHub
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in launching new products or involvement in technology selection/design
- Development experience in multiple domains (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
