Join the Research and Development Department as a Data Director for Sansan BI, a business intelligence tool that analyzes and visualizes corporate data to support business decisions. You will lead the resolution of customer business challenges by leveraging Sansan's data and customer data.
Must-haves
- Experience in IT presales, IT consulting, or project management
- Experience in project management involving internal and external stakeholders
- Development experience with data analysis platforms and BI tools (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience with SQL data modeling
- Experience designing and implementing dimensional modeling and star schemas
- Experience planning, implementing, deploying, and operationalizing dashboards for business decision-making
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with B2B customer support in the IT industry (e.g., Solution Architect, Customer Engineer, Customer Success, Sales)
- Experience supporting customer service implementation as a Customer Success for SaaS or BI products

Other notes
Annual salary range: 10,360,000 JPY to 15,260,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (January/July).
