As a Platform Engineer in the R&D department, you will design, build, and operate the Cloud Development Environment (CDE)/Job infrastructure used by over 40 researchers and engineers, as well as the microservices infrastructure supporting over 100 services. You will be responsible for improving productivity and reliability through daily decision-making on technology choices.
Hybrid work is supported with flexible core hours (10:00-16:00). Offices are located in Tokyo (Shibuya), Osaka, Aichi (Nagoya), and Fukuoka. The Shibuya office is directly connected to Shibuya Station and features a free address system with sit-stand desks and various meeting spaces.
Salary range: Monthly 795,000 JPY - 1,971,000 JPY. Annual salary: 11,520,000 JPY - 29,170,000 JPY. Bonus twice a year (January/July). Probationary period of 6 months.
