Must-haves
- Experience leading system architecture design and operation using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience designing and operating production services with Docker/Kubernetes, including technology selection and configuration policies.
- Experience leading incident response, root cause analysis, and recurrence prevention.
- Experience leading CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance for automation.
- Experience in application development or performance tuning of applications/databases.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience leading microservices/cloud-native architecture design and migration.
- Experience designing and executing capacity planning and availability improvement for large-scale products.
- Experience leading the establishment of SRE/Platform Engineering organizations and fostering a culture of reliability.
