Must-haves
- 3+ years of end-to-end development experience (requirements definition to operations/maintenance)
- 1+ year of data engineering experience (data model design, data analysis)
- 1+ year of cloud platform experience (AWS or Google Cloud)
- Generative AI development experience with coding agents

- Experience leading or managing engineering teams
- Experience with AI workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n)
- Experience building RAG systems
- Experience designing and implementing AI Agents, MCPs, plugins
