You will be responsible for operating and maintaining in-house SaaS services on AWS. This role involves continuous improvement for service value, including cost optimization, automation, and monitoring enhancements.
Must-haves
- Basic knowledge of system monitoring, operations, networks (TCP/IP, certificates, HTTP), and servers.
- Ability to explain basic infrastructure operating principles (failover, processes, network communication, certificates).
- Experience constructing and operating services in public cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience designing and operating large-scale public cloud environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Infrastructure operation experience in a business company.
- Experience troubleshooting Linux OS processes, resource management, and network ports.
- Experience operating SSL/TLS certificates.
- Understanding of various AWS services.
- Experience creating tools/applications using Powershell/Python/Go.
- Experience visualizing operational issues using Amazon CloudWatch or OSS tools.

Work style
Primarily in-office with flextime available (core time 11:00-17:00). Remote work possible up to 4 times per month with prior application. Location: Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
Other notes
Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,500,000. Includes fixed overtime pay for 40 hours. Probationary period: 6 months.
