We are seeking an Internal System Engineer (Network/IT Infrastructure) Leader Candidate to plan, design, and operate internal IT infrastructure, including networks and systems. This role involves improving and innovating infrastructure, automating tasks, and collaborating with development teams to enhance systems. You will be a core member of the IT department, driving improvements and supporting business growth.
Must-haves
- Experience in network design, construction, and operation.
- Experience in designing and implementing internal or customer-facing infrastructure (network/authentication).
- Experience in planning, implementing, and operating internal systems and IT tools.
- Experience with Microsoft products (Power Automate / Microsoft Dynamics / Entra ID).
- Experience in operational improvement and script creation for task automation/efficiency.
- Practical experience as a network or infrastructure engineer.
- Experience communicating and coordinating with development and other departments from a technical perspective.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ISMAP compliance.
- System development experience.
- Experience in IT governance or IT planning at a business company.
- Experience working for a system vendor, software manufacturer, or cloud company.
- Experience promoting IT projects as PM/PL.
- Experience in standardizing internal IT infrastructure, operational design, and resolving knowledge silos.

Work style
Hybrid. Primarily onsite work in Tokyo (Marunouchi), with up to 4 remote workdays per month upon prior application. Flex-time available with core hours 11:00-17:00.
Other notes
Annual salary: 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY (includes 40 hours of assumed overtime).
Trial period: 6 months.
