TechOcean Inc. is seeking a Corporate Engineer to drive DX and AX (AI Transformation) within their Information Systems Department. This role focuses on developing internal systems and tools using API integration, scripting, and generative AI to solve business challenges and improve productivity, reporting directly to the CTO.
Must-haves
- Hands-on skills in design, development, and operation of internal IT systems
- Experience with Linux server management and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Programming skills including API integration with SaaS and Salesforce
- SQL knowledge and practical experience
- Communication and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholders and vendors
- Documentation skills for creating design documents, manuals, and reports
- Ability to independently learn and deploy new technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Security design and operation skills based on zero trust principles
- Knowledge and experience in IT governance (ITGC) and audit response
- PM and project promotion experience in Scrum/Agile

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Bonuses twice a year (performance-based). Salary increases twice a year. Commuting allowance up to ¥30,000. Business trip allowance ¥4,000 per night.
