Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience designing/building data infrastructure or AI systems on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience building production AI/data infrastructure (data pipelines, MLOps, LLM systems).
- Experience as the primary person responsible for requirements definition, technology selection, and design review.
- Experience leading projects or managing a team of 3+ engineers.
Nice-to-haves
- Production AI implementation experience in manufacturing, finance, retail.
- Standardization experience with AI-driven development (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- SRE practical experience (SLI/SLO design, incident response).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., EU AI Act).
- Data management experience (governance, catalog, quality management).
