As a Security Engineer in the Cyber Security Strategy Office, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing security measures for Tokyo's information systems and GovTech Tokyo's projects, including official apps and generative AI platforms. This role involves leveraging AI for both threat detection and defense, contributing to the future of cybersecurity within a large-scale, socially impactful environment.
Must-haves
- Experience in designing, implementing, and operating security measures during system development
- Experience developing or operating applications using cloud technologies
- Practical experience in vulnerability assessment or penetration testing
- Experience in responding to security incidents
- Practical experience as part of a PSIRT or CSIRT
- Experience in security monitoring and analysis at a SOC or CSIRT
- Ability to explain technical concepts and their significance to non-experts
Nice-to-haves
- Application development experience
- Experience in security design and implementation for information systems in national or local governments
- Information security certifications
- Experience with manual vulnerability investigation
