Our VPoE will be responsible for maximizing the productivity of the development team and supporting the organization's growth.
Your role will be to contribute to the continuous growth of the business by creating an environment where engineers can challenge themselves with peace of mind and by smoothly promoting product development.
- Recruitment, training, and evaluation of engineer teams, and career support through 1-on-1 meetings
- Improvement of development processes and enhancement of productivity (promotion of Scrum/Agile implementation)
- Management of technical debt and quality issues, and execution of improvement measures
- Promotion of development in collaboration with Product Managers and Designers
- Optimization of organizational strategy and resource allocation through coordination with management

- Practical experience in software development (at a level where design and code reviews are possible)
- Experience managing an engineering team of 5 or more people
- Practical experience in recruitment, evaluation, and training
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
