Must-haves
- 5+ years of backend development experience in web services
- Experience designing and developing new features
- Experience involved in architectural design and technical decision-making

- Experience in large-scale or highly complex systems
- Experience modernizing legacy systems
- Practical experience with microservices and API design
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps implementation/improvement
- Experience in financial, FinTech, payment, or membership management systems
