■Background of Recruitment
Our mission is to create new experiences by combining digital with our customers' "likes" through the "Epos App" and "Epos Net." However, the underlying system has been operated for many years since its release in 2006, with repeated additions and modifications, leading to reduced ease of change. To create new experiences, a loosely coupled system that enables speedy and flexible service development is necessary, and there is a significant gap with the current system. Therefore, we are seeking a Tech Lead who can drive technology selection and architecture design for microservices, moving away from the monolithic system configuration.
◾️Job Responsibilities
- Migration and redesign from existing Java-based systems to a microservices architecture
- New backend feature development and API design/implementation for toC Fintech services
- Technical investigation, specification organization, and coordination with internal/external stakeholders based on understanding of existing system design
- Migration to a cloud-native environment, and infrastructure development/operational improvements to enhance development efficiency

- Designing a new architecture to decouple monolithic systems and creating migration strategies
- Separating the frontend and backend of Epos Net and establishing a system for efficient static content development

- Backend development experience
- Development experience in statically typed languages (Java / Kotlin, etc.)
