We are seeking a core AI/Algorithm Engineer to lead the design and construction of AI agents, driving AI transformation for client companies. This role involves moving beyond PoC to product launch and implementation, with significant autonomy in technical decisions.
Must-haves
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in science/engineering (Information, Math, Mechanical, Physics, etc.)
- Understanding and implementation experience in Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, or AI Algorithms
- Experience with RAG architecture for search/generation systems OR LangChain implementation OR ReAct framework for LLM agents OR Dify/similar GUI LLM tools OR practical experience improving RAG accuracy/using agent frameworks like Langchain/Langsmith
Nice-to-haves
- Client negotiation, product management, or project management experience
- Startup work experience
- Experience driving new businesses or PoCs
- PoC/AI implementation experience in enterprise settings

Work style

Other notes
Annual salary range: 6,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Stock options are planned. Employment type is full-time, with the possibility of starting as a contractor.
